Only put the name wanted on the jersey in the box provided labeled "Student/Athlete Name". Do not put the students full name here. You can add that at check out in "special instructions" Type the name exactly how you want it on jersey. Do not use anything vulgar, Apex is not responsible if you school rejects your jersey name.
